Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Hygienic items such as mattress protectors and pillow protectors once opened

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at cozyhomz@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund for damaged or defective items at no extra cost.

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance.
